RewinStroke is iWebs' flagship digital rehabilitation platform designed specifically for stroke survivors navigating the long and often frustrating road to recovery. Stroke rehabilitation is notoriously under-served by technology — patients typically receive a handful of in-clinic sessions per week and little structured support in between. RewinStroke closes this gap with a clinician-prescribed, app-driven recovery experience that meets patients at home, on their schedule. Patients receive personalized daily exercise programs built by their physiotherapists and speech therapists directly within the platform, with video-guided sessions covering motor rehabilitation, cognitive exercises, and speech recovery. An embedded progress tracking engine captures completion rates, session quality metrics, and self-reported symptom scores, feeding a longitudinal recovery dashboard visible to both patient and clinician. AI-assisted anomaly detection flags patients showing signs of plateau or regression, prompting timely clinical intervention before setbacks worsen. The family portal allows caregivers to monitor progress and receive guided instructions for supporting home exercises safely. On the clinical side, therapists gain population-level insights across their patient cohort, enabling evidence-based adjustments to protocols and better prioritization of limited clinic time. Built with full HIPAA-aligned data practices, end-to-end encryption, and offline capability for patients in low-connectivity environments, RewinStroke represents iWebs' vision of technology that genuinely extends the reach of clinical care.
