iWebs provides enterprise technology solutions including web development, mobile application development, AI & automation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and data engineering services.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Service Agreements
Specific services are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work, which take precedence over these general terms for the specific services described therein.
Intellectual Property
iWebs Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iWebs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Client Work
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their service agreements. iWebs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
Third-Party Rights
Our services may incorporate third-party software, libraries, or content subject to their own licences. We ensure compliance with all applicable third-party licences.
User Conduct
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe upon intellectual property rights; distribute malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our services and to keep such information updated.
Payment & Billing
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and governed by the specific service agreement. Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your purchase of our services.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.
Exceptions

Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment of outstanding fees, and limitation of liability shall survive.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be escalated to binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
